  1. Bah humbug. Pity those in my line of work who’ve rolled out seasonal merriment for the last month. As of today (my 19th consecutive 14 hour work day without a day off, tomorrow makes 20 ) thousands of corporate employees have been touched by my transformation of work spaces into holiday magic. Make no mistake, I’m a dΓ©cor wizard who gets her strokes from designing visual/culinary excitement.
Meanwhile – my house looks like a stick of dynamite exploded, the smell of turkey makes me gag, we haven’t put up a Christmas tree, don’t know when I’ll have time to buy presents. Sigh. πŸ™‚
